How to make pineapple squid
Ingredients: one-sun dried squid, pineapple, celery, onions, garlic, seasonings. Method: Soak up squid in cold water until it is tender then cut into matchsticks. Heat the oil on a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add onion and fry for 2 minutes, stirring until beginning to color. Add squid and stir fry for 10 minutes, season with salt and a little of sugar. Remove the pan from the heat and serve squid on a dish. Then stir fry a mix of pineapple, celery and garlic for 1 minute. Add stir-fried squid and continue stir for 30-40 seconds. Serve on a large dish.
